The Administrative Office is open Monday thru Friday see times below. Please arrive no later than a half-hour before close to allow sufficient time to assist you. Hours will be extended under special circumstances. The offices are closed on most legal holidays.

The Kalkaska Sheriff Office Administrative Office is responsible for providing Permits to Purchase Pistols and the registration of pistols purchased by Kalkaska County residents.
